Didn't work out? That's okay.

You have 30 days after your item arrives to ask for a return.

We'll take back unused or lightly used items. We get it—sometimes you need a few brews to know if something's right for you. If you've given it a proper go and it's still not working, we'll help you return it.

Get in touch before you send anything back

Chat with us via our contact form to start your return. Once we approve it, we'll send you clear instructions on where to send your item.

We can't accept returns that arrive without approval—so please check in first.

You'll pay return shipping if you've changed your mind

If you're returning because it wasn't quite right for you, we'll take the return shipping cost from your refund.

But if your item arrived damaged or faulty, that's on us. We'll cover it.

Pack it with care

If you still have the original packaging, brilliant—use that. If not, just make sure everything's packed safely so it arrives back undamaged. If your return arrives damaged or incomplete, we might only be able to offer a partial refund.

Something arrived damaged or wrong?

Take a look when your order arrives. If anything's damaged, not quite right, or you got the wrong item, get in touch through the contact form straight away. We'll sort it out.

A few things we can't take back

Perishable goods (like our chai blends) can't be returned—but if you're unsure about a specific item, ask us through the contact form.

We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Want to exchange something?

We don't do direct swaps. The easiest way is to return what you have, then place a new order for what you want once we approve your return.

For our EU friends 🇪🇺

You have 14 days to cancel or return your order—no reason needed. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. You'll cover return shipping for these orders.

Getting your money back

We'll check your return when it arrives and let you know if it's approved.

If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank might need a bit longer to process it.
